The hotel is modern and clean. The facilities are okay and the staff are superb. Breakfast was splendid with mostly in-house baking and food prep by the brilliant restaurant team, to mention the lovely Kseniia, Niven, Giada, Rosa. The front desk team (Mary, Christian, Anatoly, Pabio, Ileano, Roberta) all did an excellent job to make us enjoy our stay. Lovely experience 😊

The check in was easy and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a nice little restaurant with lots of outdoor seating literally right next door. The rooms had access to netlix and other streaming services which was good for my son. The breakfast was incredible! So many homemade breads and pastries and jams. There was something for everyone. I am gluten-free and my son is dairy-free and we still ate very well. The staff went above and beyond to meet every need. We were just there because our flight got cancelled at Malpensa airport, but we were pleasantly surprised!

Well budget room wasnt as we thought it was actually like any other superior room, huge bed with really great pillows and sleep was excellet. Late checkout is perfect and a welcome drink in mid summer is perfect welcome gift actually. We had a late check in also and staff were very kind and gave us every info we needed. Bathroom perfect, made actually for a tall people like me (204 cm) you will not feel neglected. And stay was exceeded our expectations. It was clean and spacious.

Breakfast is very good. When you book, please include the breakfast as it is worth it. The room size is okay, and the king-size bed is quite exceptional in Italy. The staff is friendly and tries to assist the customers. The parking for each room which is amazing.

Very helpful and nice staff, Wi-Fi was perfect and two things I personally find very important in an hotel: Very comfortable mattress and decent water pressure in the shower. Bonus points for having a small gym where one could go anytime. Very good all-around.

Good breakfast. Reception staff were magnificent, extraordinary helpful. Very near to a very pleasant McDonalds restaurant for children.

Clean and very comfortable. I had a slight issue with my key and the staff were very helpful and resolved this quickly. The rooms are a great size and the bed was very comfortable, nice quiet location and look forward to staying again.

Well-run hotel close to the airport, but also near (5 minutes by car) to the train station which will lead you to Milano city centre. Quite interesting setup where you can park the car directly in front of the room (which is great if you have early morning flight)
